Clean and spacious apartment in a small, peaceful village in the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do. There’s a restaurant which is open all day, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was amazing and great value. Definitely recommending staying here as a base for visiting Elafonisi and other nearby sites.

The owners Nicos and Maria were extremely warm and friendly. Lovely taverna which is part of the hotel with some of the best food we had in Crete. The taverna and hotel are family run, rooms are comfortable, pool is great and all the best beaches are close by.

Amazing place. It is new and fancy with a very small private pool that we enjoyed more than expected. The host was amazing and very helpful, taking care of our wellbeing all the time. The place is perfect also if you want to go there for a creative solo retreat. Nice beaches all around.

I loved the peace, quiet and calm of the house. It's a wonderful break from the harsh sun on the coasts, but still at a perfect distance to Elafonissi (about 20 min drive) and other beaches for a morning or afternoon dip, with many great taverns and traditional product shops on the way.

I had an amazing experience renting this house. It was clean, comfortable, and offered a peaceful environment. The terrace was a bonus, providing a serene spot to relax. The welcome gifts of cake, alcohol, and fruits were a delightful surprise. Considering the quality and amenities, the price was fantastic. I couldn't have been more satisfied. The Vakakis family is very kind and helpful! Our apartment and its equipment were fantastic! There were many goodies waiting for us in our room from the family's store!
