The venue on it’s own is unique, the private beach a huge plus but the hospitality is what makes this place so unique. From housekeeping to reception and from restaurant to beach service they make you feel like royalties. Happy and friendly faces everywhere eager to make your stay unforgettable. This year we had the privilege to meet Constantinos, the general manager and the mind behind this extraordinary team! He was discretely supervising everything making sure his guests were enjoying themselves. Well done everyone keep up with your magic!

From the moment the host picked us up she made us feel very welcomed. The location of the suites was magical and extreamly private. Very close to the beach and although a bit rocky on the shore it was perfect for swimming with sandy bottom a few meters into the water. The apartment was newly renovated and had a very night kitchen to cook dinner. As one of the first people to stay here there were no reciews but after our stay I imagine this place will be extreamly popular and hard to book in the future. The most memorable stay in 2 weeks in Greece.

The host Mrs. Eleni and her daughter were really friendly and tried to make our stay comfortable. The size of the room was great. The pool was amazing and most of the times felt like a private pool, fully organised with sunbeds, inflatable toys etc. Pool towels were also provided. We had a basket of goods, snacks, beers etc offered to us as a welcome gift, which was really kind.

Kind friendly and very obliging people...Romina went out of her way to drive us to beaches and to town as we didn't have access to a car..... to prepare meals and offer cakes and coffee, to invite us to her family table for dinner..it was exceptional and a wonderful experience...highly recommended as a destination . Villa Apa in Karioupoly has magnificent views a rustic traditional taverna and magnificent hiking walks with breathtaking mountain and sea views . The apparment is a neoclassical design comfortable spacious .with warm ambience..

This house is heaven, spectacular views 360° , fully equipped, even to stay for few days without going anywhere. Just one suggestion maybe needing a washing machine and a bbq area. But it's amazing, 12 minutes to centre of areopoli and close to a wonderful pebble beach
