Mr. Takis was readily available for anything we needed after we arrived. He let us in and showed us around and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. The villa itself was impeccable. Clean, beautiful, and atmospheric. We were close to everything we needed (Sami being a 10 minute drive) and some gorgeous views. My wife and I hiked Mt. Ainos which was conveniently only 20 minutes away. Being there in the winter time was relaxing as there was no hustle and bustle of tourists everywhere and having access to the sauna and the heated subflooring was a godsend during those cold mornings. Also there were two adorable cats that were so chatty and lovable that showed up at the kitchen door so if you love cats, you'll definitely like the place. My wife and I will definitely be making a reservation for summertime so we can enjoy the warm weather and pools.

Lovely apartment with great views across the harbour. Sami is a perfect location for accessing the rest of the island. There are several good restaurants - we can recommend Tereza, Deco and Il Familia in particular. We are hikers and the island has lots of trails with fantastic views over hills, valleys and the sea; an abundance of wildflower meadows was a major bonus. Try the small maritime museum just outside Sami : the owner has built a fantastic collection of replica boats of the past 3000 years.

We had a fantastic two-week stay in the one bed house at The Seasons of Nickolas. Akis, the host, is incredibly welcoming and generous. He made us feel very at home and was there to help with anything we could need. The accommodation is a perfect size for a couple and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen is well equipped and the shaded outside patio is a great place to eat and spend evenings relaxing, with a lovely view of the mountains. The house is a few minutes' walk from the seaside town Aggia Effimia, which has lots of restaurants to eat in or have a drink. There are also two bakeries and a few convenience stores, which is perfect to have on your doorstep. The location is also perfect for exploring the island and within easy reach of other towns, beaches and other sites to explore. However, you will need a car to easily travel around the island. The accommodation is exactly as described and we would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We had a fantastic stay and really didn't want to leave!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect – the place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every detail made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and hospitable, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. First of all, I personally haven't seen such a polite and king person as a host in Greece, Maera is a wonderful person and very communicative and helpful (about our stay and etc..) and she even bought us gifts to remember Kefalonia and also a bottle of wine. About the apartment it was very CLEAN, everything was new and comfortable especially the bedroom, also they cleaned our apartment every day, and every other day they changed the towels. The location is also very good, close to Sami about minutes by car and 5 minutes by walk, there is also a good private parking place which is very important. Everything was 10/10 and I will definitely coming back again!
