We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were truly exceptional – both at the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the smiles, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how easy and smooth everything was. Everything was great. The view was amazing, we could watch the sunsets every day from the terrace. The breakfasts were delicious and very diverse, I think everyone will find something for themselves. We also tried the à la carte dinners several times, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is clean, large enough, with a separate paddling pool for children. I highly recommend!

Arrived to such a warm welcome which continued for the week we were there , nothing was too much trouble and so helpful , spotless clean and great view from our room , bus stopped right outside which was handy as we had stayed in chania for a few days prior, great value for money accommodation

There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. We want to already re-book for next year. Our kids did not want to leave!!!

Everything was perfect - the staff were exceptional nothing was a problem. it was a happy place to be and we made friends. Spotless cleaning each day by the cleaning ladies. I broke the key in the lock and it was sorted out in no time and no charge. The bar staff were so brilliant and the Tuesday night greek dancing was the best night we had in Crete - highly recommended. The Chef took great pride in his food and so he should - it was homemade and so tasty. we loved the beach chairs and he always had a warm smile to greet us each day ❤️ ❤️

Above and beyond. Our host was fantastic, took great care, just like an aunt would, with lots of tips and tricks, recommendations and advice on how to not fall for the old' tourist traps. Definitely recommend the place, it has a generous terrace with a very nice sea view. And again, Angela, our host was the nicest host we ever had in Greece, and we've been coming to Greece for the past 15 years. So, thank you, Angela!
