The family who owns the villa is very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had a balcony on the front and the back so good ventilation in addition to the AC if you want it, we didn’t really need the AC. WiFi worked, the location is great, close enough to the city but also remote enough to feel calm and relaxed. You need a car for sure, but I would suggest having a car anyway. There is parking.
