Everything was perfect! Stelios and her wife were amazing hosts. There was food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived late in the evening so we did not need to go shopping for groceries after traveling. Kids loved the pool and cats that visited the garden.. Everything was just like in the pictures. We had one problem with warm water but Stelios fixed it right away. We also barbecued with brand new grill and had a lovely dinner in the garden. There is a perfect spot to watch the fireworks from Maleme hotel on the roof 😊

The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

We were welcomed by the lady and than in a bar, whenever we chose to visit, served by a man and his son. All were amazing. Even organized a "cretan night" once, with dancers and it played out great. If we had any questions, they anwsered straight away. The location is near chania, 2nd biggest city and equally far from beaches like Elafonisi, Preveli and Balos, which are all great experiences. Rooms were cleaned DAILY at around 11. -12. Hours. U can eat in the complex, swim in the pool, hit the table tenis, or billiards/pool table. It was all perfect and theres nothing i would really want to change. The parking, as said in many other comments is perhaps a bit small, but you will always have a place to put your car, so dont worry about that. Just might take a minute or 2 longer to park. The wifi was annoying, sometimes working, but than often being overloaded because you know... The hotel was full, but thats understandable. If you wanted to google something, u could. It would just take a bit longer to load. These are the EXTREMELY little things i mightve tweaked a bit, but theres really nothing negative to say about the place. All in all just an amazing experience.

Spacious apartament in the old house. Charming, with a view (a little bit) giving onto the sea. Kitchen well equipped with all the neccesities. The wasching machine came-in really handy. Located with a nice distance from hustle of those all-inclusive hotel of Maleme beach. A real retreat.

Very clean and new looking property, pool right outside the room was great as well. Property was maintained and having a laundry available made it easier to have clothes cleaned without having to pay for laundry.

Everything was great. The view was amazing, we could watch the sunsets every day from the terrace. The breakfasts were delicious and very diverse, I think everyone will find something for themselves. We also tried the à la carte dinners several times, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is clean, large enough, with a separate paddling pool for children. I highly recommend!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people and it had alot of room. For such a busy and popular hotel it was so clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and has a huge selection of food in the all inclusive. The walk to the town was only 2 minutes

    The staff was beyond perfect. The location was great. It was very close to the beach , some restaurants, and some markets. Also close to bus station.You have a spacious parking if you are renting a car. The pool was clean and spacious. The food/breakfast was tasty and had varieties. The sunbeds in the pool and beach were comfy .Overall , it was great . Shout out to Edouard , the receptionist/manager who was brilliant and made our stay amazing.

    The apartments are very tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean. The accommodation is very close to Maleme Beach (50m). The staff is helpful and immediately ready to help, especially Mrs. Konstantina, who listened to our every wish. Free parking is available right next to the apartments. Great Vacation.

    Great location, shop across the road and great bars & restaurants nearby. Lots of free parking, both pools very quiet and nice to use, 5 min walk to bar wave where you get free use of sunbeds if you mention your stay here.
