Very clean, comfy beds , the 2 bedroom suite is great for 3-4 people . The upstairs room has its own bathroom , downstairs there is another one, so it’s really accommodating. Location is great, close to the restaurants, number of beaches . The apartment itself has everything you need .

Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

Everything. Patrice and Brigitte thought any small detail that would make their quests' experience great. On top of that they were both really great as hosts, especially Patrice showed me the whole facility and I can say once finished it will be one of the best facilities in Nikiti.

    The staff was helpful and kind and always welcomed us with a smile ! The food was good and tasty at least for 2-3 days (don't know if they refresh the menu after some period of time). The location of the hotel is also good as you can visit for example Metamorphosis(small village with camps) and Nikiti(bigger city with more stores and stuff) the parking spacy you can always fit your car. The whole hotel has a magical view , from the room balconies to the restaurant you can see the sea and the beaches!

    Amazing ranch located in a perfect place. Very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed all the amenities and perks. The view is breathtaking, the pool is awesome, the kitchen is well equipped, you have a ping-pong table, 3 bicycles and a stand-up paddle board at your disposal. You can get to the sea immediately and there's a huge private parking for all the guests. All in all it was perfect and we did not miss anything. Highly recommended.

    Everything was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable, and every room i think has a view and balcony. The rooms were cleaned every day, the food was various and delicious, the pool was really great too, the beach also. There was a lot of parking space. The bar was really nice too. The staff were very kind. I liked that the hotel is pet friendly, there were cats and kittens they take care of. I had a really nice stay and i reccomend it 🍀

    The food is exceptional , the staff is very kind and helpful. Very beautiful location, with exceptional view from terace and side view from the room. Big parking place. Very close to the beach( a little hard to get to beach for 70+ people). Wonderful pool service with close all inclusive drink bar . The pool has its personal lifeguard who supervise the kids and help you get toys, towels
