    The receptionist Marlena was amazing, we had a very early ferry booking to Zadar one of the days and she helped to get a packed breakfast for all of us. The apartment is very nice with a great outdoor seating space and comes with all the kitchen utensils you need. There is a dedicated parking space right outside the apartment as well.

    Super clean modern minimalist apartment. It has two bedrooms, one living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three toilets. There is an AC in every room and since we stayed in March, we used it for heating. The heating was powerful, no cold whatsoever. Preko is a tiny lovely town and this apartment is in the very centre of it. Even out of the season, everything was a few metres away (sea, grocery stores, restaurants). Parking was free, again, a few metres from the entrance to the building.

    The location is very good, 2-3 minutes from the Jaz beach (sandy bottom, ideal for kids) and 3 minutes from the supermarket. The apartment was very spacious, had all the basic things needed. The bedrooms were also big enough, with wardrobes. The terrace in front of the room was also very big and had a laundry hanger. We also used the barbecue downstairs. The host communicates very fast and allowed parking at the property long before check-in time, and checked-in earlier than mentioned in the conditions.
