    The flat had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and new. It was exactly like in the pictures! Moreover a great plus was the possibility to park the car in a safe covered parking lot. The owner, Igor, was extremely helpful and his hospitality made the holiday unique! We arrived late at night and he waited for us, he also had amazing suggestions on what to do and where to go.Thank you Igor 👍

    Very comfortable and clean appartment, large rooms, fabulous view to the bay. Free parking is available also. It's located a little further from the old town, but this is an advantage, because you can relax, there was no noise at night (still walkable distance even with a toddler!). the owner is really nice and helpful, we totally felt at home, I heartily recommend this accommodation and Lea!

    comfortable location of the apartment in a quiet place 5 minutes drive from a beautiful huge beach with shadow, free parking and sandy bottom. The beach is great for children too. The historical center of Umag is 7 minutes by car, also with a free parking. Umag is an excellent base for trips around Istria and Slovenia. The owner of the apartment is very attentive and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

    It was our second time in this appartment, we loved: -location close to center, but just far enough that it's very calm at night -friendly owner -fully equipped apartment including dishwasher and washing machine -air conditioner -easy check in & check out -balcony -peaceful and quiet place -free parking -shops are 5 min walk away

    Absolutely lovely owner! Apartment with everything you need (even a coffee machine). Yard and garden was peaceful and cozy (lots of plants (fig and olive trees, kiwi and grapes). Free parking lot. Very close to palya laguna pool, wild beach, sand beach, beach bar etc.
