Dila is really lovely and always tries to make her guests happy. We went snorkelling together and she showed me a beautiful waterfall. We often cooked together and the breakfast is always delicious. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

An exceptional spot with an incredible view of Padang Bay. Lush vegetation, a superb swimming pool, and friendly visits from our monkey friends in the morning. The service and staff are truly top-notch. Special mention to Ria, who helped us get to the bank one evening when there were no taxis available. We left this place with only one desire: to return. Alex, Delphine, and Rosalie.

I absolutely loved my stay at The ZHM Premiere Padang! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the city. The hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop pool, were a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
