Very helpful staff, especially Mr.Reza. He helped me with the booking of the Airport Train that goes directly to Yogja City Centre. Novotel also provides free airport shuttles to the airport as it’s not walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is delicious. We arrived on the Hari Raya Haji and was unexpectedly greeted with a nice and delicious ketupat & tongseng. Nobody was there, and we had the whole floor for us. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly & helpful. He picked us up from the YIA and back to the YIA on our return date. He even helped us to book our train tickets to the city. Overall, it was really a nice experience to stay in a kampung area with serenity. Perfect for a big family homestay with cooking facilities.

An out of city location with serene and peaceful views. The hotel wasn't a large operation, but that made it all the more special for the graceful attention that was lavished on us. The breakfast and dinner offerings were more than adequate, and carefully prepared by our friendly hosts who had a very good command of English. We had only two nights available to us in Bandung, but our stay here felt much longer than that. We would make a point of repeating our visit here next time we return to this area.
