Great experience from start to finish at this hostel. Immediately the staff were super friendly and the place has a really cool vibe. There is a great view out over Coonoor and the hostel dog Mia is adorable! Highly recommend a stay at this place to get away from the hustle and bustle and into a relaxed serene environment.

My experience at Mellowlux Ooty was genuine and authentic.The property is even more beautiful and elegant than the pictures portray, and the view is simply mesmerizing. A home away from home, Cecilia’s place is very well located to visit the Nilgiris in upper Coonoor there is a commercial street 15 min walking, and we felt very welcome with good tips and help from Cecilia we couldn’t feel more at ease ! Would 100% recomand her place
