The owner was very kind and supportive for all and helped us to get all the locations by arranging and guiding us at a very reasonable price. everything was available at residence if staying for a week.. and the apartment has all the facilities that need us to keep warm in winter. The property Owner, Mr G.M. Najar Gulzar Sahab, was invaluable. We enjoyed our stay due to his hospitality and personal care in the guest house with a kitchen. It is a unique facility for a nine-month-old kid accompanying our 5 member team who requires homemade special diets. We admire the mission and vision of his service to tourists visiting Kashmir. Our visit was immediately after 22/4/2025 Pahalgam attack on tourists. But the people of Kashmir were very cooperative, including Mr Gulzar.

I am a solo woman traveler, and I would totally recommend this to other travelers! The location of the property is amazing, you could easily get to the main spots like Lal chowk or Dal lake by auto (5 minutes) or a walk (20-25 minutes). The room was cozy and comfortable with an electric blanket. There are restaurants (vegetarian too) around at a walkable distance. The homestay owner Faraz bhai is an extremely humble person, and he also helped me plan my onward travel, helping with cabs and stay bookings at other places. The home made kehwa is delicious, and overall the experience of staying in a traditional Kashmiri house was beautiful!
