We stayed at this property for 3 nights with 2 kids and we really had fun time. Anya was a great host and she make sure all our needs are met. She arrange early check in on request which was very helpful. Room were big enough for all of us. Kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would recommend to everyone. Only make sure swimming area has rule of proper swimming costume. so arrange that before booking. Rest is excellent.

Ms. Arora is very hospitable. We arrived at the area at around 2 am and she really waited for us and make sure we settled in along with her staff. We love the refreshing ambiance and a peaceful place to be in. There are more future plans for the place that we look forward to such as stargazing, BBQ place, camp fire and many more great ideas that she shared with us in the morning. Surely a one night stay isn't enough for such a great place like this. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Goa.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this service apartment! The 1 BHK flat was perfect for our needs, with a well-equipped kitchen including an induction stove, cooking utensils, and everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed making breakfast and lunch some days, creating some great memories together. The apartment also had great amenities like hot water, TV, Wi-Fi, and AC, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights was the amazing pool, which was beautifully maintained and perfect for cooling off after exploring Goa. The location was fantastic too. Situated near a well-connected junction, it provided easy access to both Baga and Anjuna beaches. Plus, there were convenient bike and car rental options just 100 meters away, available at market prices. Overall, this service apartment was the perfect base for exploring Goa. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay!

This isn't just a place to sleep; it's an experience.. First and foremost, the owners, Parul and Shaz, are the heart and soul of this place. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and go so far above and beyond to make you feel at home.Their passion for their hostel is evident in every detail. The hostel is set in a beautifully restored heritage property, full of character and charm. The aesthetic decoration is impeccable – think a perfect blend of vintage furniture, local art, lush plants, and colourful textiles. It’s incredibly photogenic but, more importantly, it just feels good to be in. I stayed in a cozy dorm that was surprisingly quiet and comfortable.The linen and bedding were of fantastic quality—clean, soft, and I had some of the best sleeps of my trip. The vibrant common areas are where this place truly shines.The social atmosphere is warm and inclusive, never forced. If you're looking for a hostel with soul, character, and amazing hosts, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will 100% be back. Underground parking - Utensils and water dispenser provided in the room - At a little distance from the hustle and bustle of Baga and candolim but vehicles on rent are available just outside the hotel - Breakfast is decent and could be improved with choices of fresh fruit and juices.and quality of some orders - The standard of the room was outstanding and impressive for the price point
