The location of the hotel is very good and there is a lot of snow outside the hotel and the hotel look wise is very good. We checked in on 21 Nov 2024, hotel staff Aijaz Ahmad gave us a lot of discounts and provided a suite room with central heating without any extra charges, the room was very luxurious. Great food & familiar staff We were going to the market, then hotel staff Aijaz Bhai gave us the key of his newly purchased car without asking and said sir you take our car, very thankful to Aijaz bhai, he is a very helpful person.

I had such a great stay in Mitra. Everything was new, clean, and I felt home at this place with Flopi and Deepak. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, hot water to take shower, an AWESOME breakfast and a cozy vibe for solo travelers. I fully recommend this place to everyone that is backpacking around Kashmir.

The staff was very good and helpful and the manager was very courteous, hospitable and accommodating to our requests. The property is brand new in top notch condition. Manager helped us in arranging reliable cab from Srinagar airport itself, and we ended up using the cab the entire time during our 4-day trip on Kashmir. Manager provided us with very good recommendations of things to do in and around Sonmarg and in rest of the trip as well. We would recommend Arco to all our friends and family. Food was amazing and we received absolute royal treatment from the team.
