Outstanding hotel. Stepping through the lobby I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They were always greeting us with a smile. The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. It was well equipped with all the essentials and had a fantastic view. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others who are visiting the area. Joy, the manager is a gem of a person. He was always there for help even before we checked in. The location is though 30 mins away from Gangtok, yet it is a personal preference as I prefer the calmness and nature around the hotel than the hustle bustle of Gangtok.Rooms come with balcony and give you awesome views. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and will a step further to meet your demands. Excellent property!
