We are satisfied with the all hotel staff especially with Mr. K Surhasdhan. He was so accomodating and helpful. With regards to amenities it was so great! Our room was spacious with good lighting, the toilet will make you feel comfortable and very sexy. In addition, down from shoe polisher, extra pillows, everything was available. I highly recommend this hotel. We are glad that we had our stay with Vivanta! Lastly, the buffet breakfast served array of Asian, Indian, mideterrean foods, which are excellent.

First of all, I would like to thank manager of costumer service cause they helped us to find our lost baggage from airport. Check-in staff is very friendly, smiles and helped us about late check-in. Breakfast is amazing, the manager offer us tasty coffee every day, variety is good, egg station chef she maked delicious French omelette! They have spa center and staff also good. Room was big and clean. Everything is good.

This is my 4th visit and evey visit is more brilliant then the previous visit specifically because of Mr. Prakash and Mr. Rugved. Everytime I am welcomed with greated with smile on their face. They constantly keep on checking that we have comfortable stay. Whenever we visit India Hyderabad Marriott is my first choice. Excellent staff , nice rooms , excellent food and great hospitality. Keep it up.
