Breakfast was tremendous. The owner of the suite was available 24*7 on call. Also location is perfect. Very close to everything.suite was clean and well managed with parking facilities .

It was for me a good moment there. The shared kitchen was the place where you socialised easy and meet other travellers. Everyone was in good mood as we were there in good conditions. Everything is in good conditions as brand new, you've got a bed with personal light and plug. I would say the bathroom was not.always clean but more because of clients than form the team as you cannot be behind every costumer. You can have a laundry done for a cheap price, the day of my checkout they kept my luggages for free while I was ready to pay extra-charge so I could enjoy my day in complete freedom ! All this with a smile. From the place you have buses few steps away so it's easy to move in the city

everything is absolutely perfect in this hotel, the people who work there too, the girl at the reception Tuhina is very kind and helped us with all things. if you go to Calcutta book an extra amount to stay in this hotel, this investment is really worth it, the city does not have much infrastructure and being able to arrive at the quiet and nice hotel at the end of the day is always a gift. the food is also wonderful, the energy is special

One of the Best Stays Ever! I stayed at Hotel Suitcase for 2 days and had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and the staff were polite and always ready to help. What truly stood out was the attached kitchen—fully equipped, so I could cook whatever I liked, which gave a homely feel. The location is also a big plus—just walking distance from Kalighat Mandir and very close to the jatin metro station. The dormitory infrastructure is clean, modern, and comfortable. Very affordable, Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kolkata!

It is a new hostel so most of their arrangements are still in progress. Overall the experience was pleasant. Right near metro station is probably the biggest plus of this hostel. Staffs were very helpful and went beyond their way to help me at 3am. Rooms are basic but it's a budget hostel so it did not really matter. Totally recommended if you are exploring Kolkata. Oh and one more thing: The hostel is very very clean!

From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!
