The staff is overwhelmingly kind.and polite. They provide you with all information a tourist needs. When something is missing, it is directly taken care of! TV is working, WiFi with strong connectivity. Beds are comfortable, I had a silent and bright lit up room. It's a safe and tolerant place. Good maintainance.
