The location was superb. We left our car in an inexpensive carpark and did much of our exploration on foot. We were beside the lake, near the parliament buildings, across from the church (which kindly was NOT ringing its bells), and dozens of excellent restaurants. We drove to the sites further afield. We had selected the "Big Room 307" and were charmed by it. A separate bedroom, good bathroom, and a sitting room with sofa and bar stools at the counter. The breakfast buffet got us off to a good start each day. All the Reception staff were great with Martin setting the tone. Lovely to have met you all.

1. It was super clean! 2. Owner was very responsive on Booking.com and the instruments on how to enter the building and apartment was well explained 3. Comfy mattresses: I was not well on the first night so was very grateful for a good night’s rest 4. Newly renovated/ built 5. Parking is right by the building entrance! 6. Well-equipped kitchen with quality tea (Pukka） and a Nespresso machine 7. 5 minutes walk to Reykjavik Kitchen 8. 7 minutes walk to the Storm Hotel where we were picked up for the Northern Lights tour

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartments with modern design and a lot of space for a big family. There is everything that travelers need in the apartments. Great location on a street with many shops and restaurants. There is a very good caffe for breakfast and lunch just on the opposite side of the street. Highly recommend the apartments.

Nice and cozy studio apartment, very well equiped, clean, bathroom very comfortable, enough space for personal things and for family with 2 children (10,16). Quiet area, good location near market (netto/bonus) aprox 5 min walking. Easy access, free parking in front of building. Super host, with fast reply- thank you Thorgeir :-) We stayed for 3 nights, did not only used sapcious terrace due cold weather.
