The owner was very friendly and helpful from the start to the end. He helped us with a drive to the location from the train station for free, he drove us to the airport for a very low cost. The apartment was very clean, good ventilation, and very spacious with 2 toilets and 2 sleeping rooms. The breakfast was very good and the apartment was very accessible with an elevator even though it is just at the second floor. The apartment is also close to a supermarket and restaurant. Our children really felt at home in the apartment. There are two TVs with one in the main bedroom and one in the living room.

Maria and Emanuele were so great with communication and being helpful, the room itself is huge, it's close to the metro station, they supplied drinks + snacks, the mattress was not 2 twins put together, very quiet

It’s a bit hidden away but once you find your way there the location is amazing. 10 Minute walk from the train station, which connects you with Rome and the beach! 5 Minute walk from a small grocery store and 15 Minutes from 2 big ones. All the necessities to cook were available, the bed was extremely comfortable and a working air conditioning system in the bedroom. The bathroom had everything needed including a drying rack. The host was so kind to leave us a few little extras like coconut milk for the hair or tissues. We had a spacious refrigerator and a small cooler on top. There was a lot of storage in the bedroom including 3 big drawers, 2 small drawers on the bed side tables and one big wardrobe. The two TVs worked perfectly fine and you can even connect your phone to them if you want. In general extremely comfortable, clean and a lot of necessities already given to you.

    Friendly host who took care of every single aspects of the Apartment. Kept a lot of breakfast options. House was spacious for 4 people and kept the AC switched on in advance. Helped us for local details. Highly recommended. Safe parking inside the gated complex. Elevator / Lift available for Apartment. Exceptionally clean! Amazing Apartment. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. Apartment photos dont really reflect the beauty and luxury of the apartment and the host needs to update the site with the good photos.

    Fully equipped, comfortable and nicely furnished apartment. Private parking place is safe. The owner of the apartment Giacomo is very friendly and helpful man with a great hospitality ❤️ Breakfast was good: I definitely recommend this place.

    Very Highly Recommended ! My second stay here and just as wonderful as the first. Hosts were once again, extremely cordial and welcoming. Complimentary and abundant coffee, pastries, milk, juice, water etc. Great WiFi, super fast and reliable. Safe, secure gated complex with the bonus of allocated parking too. Very pleasant stay.

    The apartment is rather new and it was very clean. Communication with Carlo upfront was good, he approached us to inform us about check-in and other details. The hosts were very polite. The parking on-site is useful (parking on the street is not easy and a bit to walk to the apartment).
