We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

    Very good service. The personal helped us out when we asked to change our room as it was very hot and possible issue with the thermostat. Clean. Free parking. Basic breakfast- nothing special but you will definitely not stay hungry. It was also nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Carrefour is very close to the hotel. If you are traveling by car- this hotel is a good choice.

    The room was cleaned every day. You have a private parking and it’s 15 minutes away from Como. The breakfast was nice, you could choose out of many things. Me and my husband were both happy about our stay

    breakfast: lots of choice and all high quality products - very good room: practical and sufficient space for a short trip of 1 night. communicating room were top and useful in our case. parking: superb to have a parking space below the room with direct access. excellent concept.

    Allessandro has created an extraordinary place and does everything to make you want to come back. Albavilla is anice and charming little village near Como and the apartment is romantic and comfortable at the same time. Alessandro ist the best host one could wish for: he helped us to find a free parking lot, to carry our luggage and presented us a wonderful self-made meal in the evening as well as a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We are sure to book again on our way further south!

    Only positive things were free parking and that 10min walk away you could find a little town which had a wonderful local restaurant. (Totally recommend eating out rather than in hotel!!)
