Cleanliness, owner greeted us and really helpful and friendly. Coffee, fruit, water and even biscuits provided which was a real treat! Close to town as we walked ! Parking on site.

This is a very sweet little flat in a lovely quiet town. The flat is very comfortable and cool in the summer, even on the hottest day we didn't miss Aircon. There are lots of parking spaces very close by but the best thing is that no one drives past the flat except for the street sweeper who comes in the morning! There is a great grocery shop in the town as well as lots of restaurants and a few bars. I would totally recommend this as a place to stay.

A perfect place to stay for visiting Assisi, Spello, Bevagna and many more historic sites. The veranda has a beautiful view overlooking olive trees, the valley and Assisi in the distance. The appartment is newly renovated and everything inside is new. The appliances include a toaster, Coffee machines for both pods and filter, a washing machine and more. The bed is great and so is the shower. The host was very attentive, helpfull and responsive using WhatsApp. The appartment fit my needs so perfectly that I stayed longer than I intended.

    A perfect location to explore Bevagna and the surrounding region. Host was delightful and greeted us warmly and went out of her way to show us a free parking area that was close by. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotless. I would highly recommend this apartment.

    Great pool and outdoor seating areas. The Residenza is set in a large garden a short stroll form Bevagna. Breakfast delivered to the room was tasty and generous. The dining area had a cooker fridge and sink hidden in a wooden cupboard. The daily cleaning was really thorough, including washing up after breakfast. Great parking and a friendly host. The balcony was shady and a pleasant breakfast spot

    Maria the owner, asist us very well. She is very helpful, answering to all my questions with in a very short time.. Apartment very clean. Equipped with all the necessary. Located close to bars and restaurants. Close to the airport too (30min drive to Perugia airport). Easy to find parking (you have to pay, however not expensive). I highly recommend to others to stay at TIA apartment. And off course I would definitely re-stay at this apartment.Thank you.
