This property is amazing, we were 3 families with 3 young children and we had one apartment each that gave us the opportunity to be independent but sharing the same big house at the same time. The house has a small beach with direct access to the lake, which is so great to go for a swim. Every apartment had all the features needed for a stay, beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The team was very responsive and check in and out very easy. There is a narrow road to get down the property, but we manage to go through it with a KIA sportage, so it’s not that narrow. We will definitely go back for a longer stay because it was just perfect.

A nice and comfortable accommodation if you are passing through the area. The apartment is spacious, and suitable for 3-4 people. The host is a very friendly and open lady who provides precise details of the apartment. For us it mattered a lot that it is a pet friendly accommodation.

Lovely boutique hotel in gorgeous location on Lake Maggiore. Loved the view of the lake from our lake-view suite. Suite was a very good value. Hotel rooms are bright, fresh, clean, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked great. The bathroom was large (for Europe) and very nicely done. Good lighting. Breakfast was good—all you would expect in a European continental breakfast. Eggs made any way you want upon request. Espresso drinks also made upon request. Hotel staff were gracious and helpful. Wonderful stay!

The location is stuning, you can relax in every corner of this awesome place, be it in the restaurant, private beach, jacuzzi, sauna, or the excelent private event terrace and hall with a awesome view of Lake Magiore, the staff is absolutely great and attentive, very in tune with your needs, making things really easy and make you feel like home. The small details make a difference, from all the branded items, to the room cleaning service. Room service not only changed our towels in the morning, but refilled the Nespresso caps for the coffee machine you have in the room, changed the used coffee cups, cleaned the room, even whiped the shower cabin clean, absolutely great service, excelent job there. The restaurant was a great experience, the food was really delicious and the staff was very aware of your needs. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. We booked just for one night, but everything there made us book the next night as well. We where amazed that this location didn’t get a 5 star rating, since the way they present things is way above a 4 star hotel. Nothing much not to like here really.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed – and even more. Super well located, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just steps away. And even though it’s right in town, it was super quiet and perfect to relax. Private parking was a big bonus too. We had the honor of being the very first guests, so you might not see many reviews yet – but trust us, if you choose this place, you’ll be in great hands. We had an unforgettable stay in this amazing apartment right in the heart of Luino! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect: two cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area — everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is a real highlight — just steps away from the lakefront, excellent restaurants, and shops. Everything is within easy walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
