The accommodation is part of an incredible villa built in the 1970s, which impresses at first sight with its grandeur. The annex is cozy and equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. The garden available to guests is spacious and beautiful, especially in the early mornings and late afternoons. The pool, accessible to guests, was particularly welcome during the hot days. Additionally, the property offers free parking, either on the street or within the estate, which was very convenient since we had our bikes with us. The area surrounding the villa and annex is very peaceful; throughout our stay, we enjoyed the constant soundtrack of birdsong and cicadas. The hostess was extremely hospitable, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication in English was not a problem at all. In terms of location, while not directly on Lake Garda, it's only about a 20-minute drive to towns like Desenzano or Sirmione, making it a convenient base for those who don't mind a short trip for lake views. Considering what this accommodation offers compared to others around Lake Garda, it's definitely an attractive alternative. Overall, our experience at Villa Caffetto Dépendance was delightful, thanks to the charm of the villa, the comfort of the annex, and the warmth of our hostess. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat for two near Lake Garda.

The room was lovely, well maintained clean and in good order. The view of the lake was especially lovely, although in the summer the trees on the opposite side of the road will obscure some of the view. The room was a suite with lake view and was big enough to accommodate 4 big (77cm) luggage bags! Excellent cupboard space.

Elizabeth is a very welcoming host, always ready to help. The room is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. There are good blackout blinds, so you don’t wake up from the sun in the morning, and mosquito nets on the windows. The food provided for breakfast — jamón, ham, cheeses, yogurts, juices, muesli, fruits, tea, coffee, milk and plant-based drinks, bread, marmalade — is available at any time of day. This way, there's no crowd and you can peacefully enjoy your meal whenever it suits you. It would be nice to have eggs as well, or the option to cook them yourself. There’s a spacious dining area and a cozy terrace. The apartment is perfectly located — everything is close by: just 15 minutes to both the train station and the beach. Lots of cafés nearby too.

The apartment had amazing facilities, we could have spent a lot longer there! It was spacious and incredibly clean. The shutters went down completely enabling you to totally black out the room which was very useful for sleeping or having a nap after a hot morning exploring! Luisa, the hostess was lovely, the location was superb, close to the station but within easy walking distance of the lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

A place that is imprinted in memory! Friendly owners, that had put all the love for Italy in the hotel and the restaurant. Luxurious breakfasts on the terrace near the vineyards are a separate point! We stayed here with my 2 teenage boys for 10 nights. Wonderful location with easy access to this beautiful area. It is a very well run family business. Very personal attention. Bedrooms lovely size and very clean. Outdoor pool was amazing. We would love to go back!!
