Stefania and Roberto are excellent hosts. They genuinely make you feel at home away from home. They gave us advice and guidance about local restaurants and other businesses like a flower shop. They even booked us a table at a local restaurant, which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. We also enjoyed having a splash at the outdoor pool. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real local hospitality experience in a tranquil environment.

We had a truly excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast offered a great variety of quality options. We felt very welcome, we were late for check in but Erika was flexible and waited for us. Erika was an excellent host, the property is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is completely new. There was some surprise food for us in the fridge :) so nice. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, it will definitely be our go to accommodation.

The rooms are great, there are some snacks for breakfast and a coffee machine in each apartment. It was all very comfortable and clean, the host was also very friendly and the communication was perfect. The location is perfect, we could also park the car right in front.

This is little paradise! The apartment is beautifully situated, between fruit trees on the slope of a hill. The views are gorgeous! Giada and Fulvio are amazing hosts!! breakfast (even glutenfree) was really delicious, the best you will ever find in Italy. Perfect base for discovering the wild beauty of Friuli. Forget Tuscany, ignore Puglia, don’t even think about the Marche, but go to Buja instead. We stayed one week, but we wished we would have booked one month.
