A beautifully clean home and rooms. All the staff are extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfasts with most dishes either homemade or local.

What a lovely and very confortable place to stay (end of november 2023)! It has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom with bath is very nice, free parking space next to the house, shops and a big supermarket in walking distance. And nearby hiking options, like Pania della Croce (thank you for this advice Alessandro!). Lucca is also a beautiful city and only 45 min drive away.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. The villa is exquisitely furnished and very well maintained. The staff were most helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was an absolute treat. The location is great, as Barga (old town) is within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the region. June would be a better month in order to be able to enjoy the pool.

A little house completely renovated , the cleanest place I found in a long time. Handy to Barga at a very reasonable price price. Owners are great, accomodating, genuine. Nice garden around the house. Hips of parking area behind the entrance.

It is a cozy, charming and characterful house in a small historic village. House is located a short drive from Barga and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. It was easy to park a car as very close to the house was a free municipal parking. As this is a small village, people greet everyone.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment surrounded by nature – everything was peaceful, well-kept, and full of Tuscan charm. The area was stunning, with lovely greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. A very unique beautiful stone house in the historic center of a mountain village. If you like old buildings and want something different from the usual tourist bungalow, this is for you. A great roof terrace overlooks the valley. The village is small but the people are nice, and there is a bakery, a bar, and a butcher. The hosts have a small restaurant in the basement of the house and will cook for you if you so desire. A great place if you want relaxed holidays (and don’t mind the bells of the church next door) and don‘t need a Trip Advisor-rated tourist attraction everyday.
