The people managing the place are a lovely friendly and welcoming family and are always at hand to offer help and advice. Bathrooms were good-sized, very clean and with powerful hot showers. Breakfast was also good and varied with home made cakes available, and a coffee pod machine at hand. The Cloche chair lift is right under the hotel, so it's practically ski in-ski-out.
