Great accommodation right in front of the metro station, in 15-20 min we could reach the center (also many bus options available). Our host, Pietro, was excellent, provided all necessary information; communication was very easy. The building is organized and clean, and the accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and cozy. I can only recommend and would easily stay there again in a next trip to Rome!

The location is great, 1-2 minutes from the bus or metro station, from which you can reach the center fast and the city attractions. Excellent hospitality. Pierfransesco and Laura were helpful and happy. Coffee or tea and cookies available every morning for self service. Laura even helped us when my girlfriend had an accident and had to go to the hospital, she advised us a lot. Nomentana is a good quiet location on the outskirts of Rome, with usually available parking spots, for those that will rent a car.

Really appreciated the owner's availability and the facilities. I had my luggage lost by the airline and he gladly helped me a bit. Loved the amenities left for use in the bathroom. Only spent a few hours but It was pretty clean and quiet. Would choose again.

I stayed only overnight, however I was surprised in a good way, apartment was super clean, it has everything you need, tea, coffee, salt, oil and etc. Even in the bathroom there was all the hygiene products which is so sweet. location was nice since I was looking stay close to tiburtina, it took me 15 minutes by walk to the station. Rossella is a nicest person I ever met☺️ overall I enjoyed the stay
