Tea is the best! We have never found such a delightful and helpful host! She helped us out as we were confused with parking, got us dinner when everything was closed, washed our clothes, gave us free lunch, prevented us from being fined by the police. We won't forget her! Ps: just make sure you reserve a parking spot as it is impossible to park in the village (Tea also helped us with it)

View was real. Rooms were cleaned daily very well. Fresh towels too. So close to the beautiful uncrowded beaches where we swam daily. Very close to train station too so easy to get around. Breakfast included.

The accommodation is a duplex , with the main entrance into the sleeping quarters and ensuite, whereas the kitchen/dining is accessed down a wrought iron spiral staircase. A very very generous owner , it showed from thd amount of goodies for breakfast and the abundance of facilities. But most of all I must mention the town , Gerace. There are no words that can prepare you for the dramatic approach over the pine wooded mountain crests, the cobbled narrow streets , the smell from the chimneys hanging in the air , the beautiful old houses with high walled gardens and courtyards. I'll say no more .
