Absolute great stay. Good communication with the host who is also very helpful. Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Perfect location, close to everything including the station and bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

Just in front of the train station, and not far from the center. Rita is very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and quiet, with tv, and the bed is comfortable. In the kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and filtered water are available. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

The apartments were superb, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and ideally located just around the corner from the centro storico. They were perfect for our family group.     Quaint apartment just outside of Bevagna. Excellent location to explore Umbria. The host was responsive and helpful, well catered breakfast and excellent air conditioning to manage the heat. Parking right outside and all the facilities to self cater, highly recommend staying here if you're travelling in the area!

    Very close to the center of the old town made it an easy 5 minute stroll. The interior was very good. It looked like the entire place had been refreshed with new bathroom, excellent beds and every convenience you could need. The washing machine was a big bonus for us. The host was very helpful and provided fresh sheets and towels halfway through our 12 night stay. Do not be put off by the exterior photos - this place is perfect for a base in this region and on street parking was easy every night.

    We were 6 people and stayed in the big flat: - Every room had an en-suite and had aircon - The place was clean and in Italien traditional style - Incredible scenic views and a lovely outdoor dining area to watch the sunsets - Pool and tennis court - The owners were so attentive, they were always very friendly, set up a bbq for us and helped us booked taxis - Free parking both on site or at a larger car park 1 min away - It’s even better than the photos and such incredible value
