We had a wonderful day there; both Manuela and Leila did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room and the modern bathroom had Charme what you would not expect from the outside. We had the possibility to make ourselves tea or espresso and relax on the separate terrace close to the kitchen area. Yes the stairs are steep but manageable. The garage was really good to have for the car. The restaurant and the bar beneath served food and drinks. The breakfast at the bar was possible already early in the morning (we felt like Italians:-)). The lake was close and we had one of the most wonderful views from our room. The windows when closed shut out most of the noise.; we slept pretty well. The bar below was no problem.

Our host was wonderful, meeting us at the agreed location and taking us to a secure lock up parking - this was free. A two minute walk with help with the bags and we were in our lovely apartment right in the centre of the old town of Lovere. The apartment was immaculate and everything you could think of was in the kitchen. The bed was very comfy and nice soft pillows - exactly what we like. We were offered late check out which was very kind. We'd love to come back to this area again and will stay here for sure. Nice bonus - there's a brilliant little restaurant in the town square called Flour - excellent well priced pasta.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming property booked through Booking.com! The host's friendliness and hospitality truly made the experience exceptional. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful little touches throughout my stay, every detail was taken care of with genuine care. The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. The host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and even offered fantastic local tips and recommendations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

    Everything was great, hosts are true professionals and everything was nicely arranged and tidy, we were also lucky to find parking very close but one detail was also super important ..... check out at 12 .... most of the hotels in Italy have at 10 which is just bad bad strategy.

    Stunning hotel with amazing views from the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub. Lots a seating and loungers around the pool. The room was decorated beautifully and was spotless. Comfortable bed, great shower. The food was the best we've had in Italy! The staff are all lovely. Good parking. Loved it!!

    The scenery was absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking views that were truly beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi were both fantastic, providing a great place to relax and unwind. While the room may have been small, it was still comfortable and cozy. Additionally, the parking facilities were good and convenient.
