Amazing! Very kind and helpful staff! The apartments are very functional and spacious, there is absolutely everything you need. Very clean. Since the apartments are located in a residential area, you are provided with a map indicating supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants nearby. The center can be reached by tram number 1 (10 minutes) or on foot (30 minutes). Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was good. Hostel looks like on photos. Was clean. Was spacious locker to put stuffs. Was place to work, some snack machines. People who works there was helpfull. I feel good. Definetly i will go there next time.

Very well designed for nowadays. Just the essential but all what you need and at a convenient rate. It reminds me to the Motel 1 in Germany. The room is quite large and comfortable. The bathroom is outstanding for the rate. The service is very good.

Sara showed us around the beautiful apartment amazingly and we were speechless! The apartment was so immaculate and tastefully decorated with high-tech equipment too! Bonus: There were 2 coffee machines! The flat was only about 10mins walk from Santa Novella Station and there was a Halal restaurant just 2 mins walk from the property.

Our room was a 'small double room' but still absolutely comfortable with a small garden and right by the fantastic pool. The host family is very accommodating and helpful with any concerns. The apartment is in a quiet location and only a 2 minute walk to a tram that travels very quickly to the central area of Florence and the main train station. The host was very accommodating and provided many suggestions for restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment!
