I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The staff was a highlight of my experience—friendly, easy to communicate with, and he provided a thorough explanation of the jacuzzi facilities. Their swift response to my needs was truly helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!

Such a wonderful place! A beautiful and spacious room, in a renovated old building. The location is perfect - on the edge of the old city, but just a few minutes walk from a non-expensive parking lot. Ahead of our visit we asked to confirm we would have a shower and a desk. We eventually had a great shower in addition to a Jacuzzi bath, and the antique desk was large and very convenient to work on. There was a little fridge filled with drinks for free usage (water, milk, juice and soft drinks). Also a kettle and a coffee machine with supplies. We didn't meet Sara, the owner, in person, but she communicated with us on WhatsApp, made sure we are comfortable, and sent great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Her love to the city was evident and contagious :) We stayed two nights, but in retrospect would have stayed even three (with a rented car). The area around Tivoli is beautiful, with many old hill-towns, and Tivoli itself has lots to see. At the end of May there were not too many tourists.

Absolutely lovely and unique place ! With a small rental car (Lancia Ypsilon 4 door) hatchback we had no parking problems at all and could always find a parking lot in front of the house or 50 Meters next to it. (We stayed 4 nights) From the acommodation we needed around 25 Minutes to Romas Rebibia Metro station (Line B) where we could park the car for only 1,50 Euro /12 hours. Especially the upper floor with the couch and tv chill room was absolutely amazing ! The appartment had 3 TV screens and on all of them we could stream music via youtube or watch something via netflix. We´ve also had perfect support from the host who ensured himself several times if everything was alright and if we could find everything. We can´t wait to come back to this place and normally we had to buy this nice location ourselfes ! Also we´ve had a wonderful experience to cook ourselves cacio e pepe pasta in the nice kitchen ! Generally we were amazed by the flowers and decoration style of the entire house !

This B&B in Tivoli was the last stop of nine B&B visits we had on this September trip. It was beyond our expectations because we did not expect the dynamic location overlooking the Po Valley all the way to downtown Rome! The sunset from our room was spectacular! Andrea runs this five room place and it is just all neat, tidy, very clean, and very modern in the bathrooms especially - actually the only place we stayed in that had good lighting for make-up! ( Italy is famous for poor lighting in bathrooms). Breakfast was not fancy but perfectly fresh and adequate. We wish we had stayed more than one night. Kudos to Andrea and his staff. If you are visiting Villa d’Este, look no further,. Price value is extraordinary!

Breakfast was spectacular. The building is a piece of living history. Convenient location steps from everything. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Great restaurants with live music in the evening were five minute walk as were Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana.

    We very much liked the apartment, with a big bed, aircondition in both rooms and a nice balcony to sit and relax at. The apartment is just a few meters from a nice pizza restaurant and bus stops. We had rented a car and had our own parking space just outside the apartment. Everything was clean and tidy and with everything you could need, if there was something we were wondering about or needed the owners were happy to help and provide 😊.
