In a nutshell, we had a delightful few days in April. It was great that our three-year-old child could freely run around in the fully fenced yard without supervision. The lake is just a few steps away. There really is a parking spot, but I imagine it would be very challenging to maneuver a large vehicle out of it. We had a small car, so it wasn't an issue for us.
