-clean apartment. -space is good enough for a family or 3. -proximity to restaurants and shops. -everything you need is in the apartment - kitchenware, cutlery, crockery, detergent, toiletries. -the owner immediately replies to our queries. -quiet area. -close to the beach. -there's a parking space in the property for free. -there's a pool, though, we didn't get to use it as we were always out. -a bus ride to the train station. -loved our stay here! thank you so much, Davide and family.

The hotel was beautifully presented and in excellent condition. We had 3 rooms and all were a very good size with plenty of storage. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and we enjoyed every meal that we had. The staff were all amazing; kind, friendly and professional. We visited in low season and, although initially disappointed that the beach club was closed, the staff went out of their way (Adriana particularly) to make sure that we had the best time possible. The hotel was lovely and quiet and it felt like we had our own private resort at times! We look forward to visiting again next year during the summer!

extremely friendly staff,very helpful nothing was a problem. Food very good, has own pool and two minutes to great beach, would strongly recommend for families. Very good house keeping.

Beautiful, clean and quiet place. Had a lovely breakfast waiting for us. Parking on site, and very close to surrounding towns and villages. Excellent as a stop over when traveling by car. Hosts were helpful. Check in and check out were very easy.

The breakfast was out of expectations, amazing quality and design and the gentelman from breakfast very friendly. At spa also was very nice the gentelman from there. Free bikes for rent, nice design hotel and good position, close to the beach and to the walking and shopping area.

The owners & staff are very helpful & awesome! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms are cleaned every day. The cakes made by the owner are particular, I really loved them. They rent bike for free, which is great to make tour in the city and nearby. I recommend to visit city Cesena which is very close on bike. Also I recommend Bar Stelka in the neybourhood the staff are also nice and fun!!! I loved the time in the hotel and in the city as well. San Marino @ Bologna are close to visit.😉

    The staff were all the time very kind - it made us feel welcome. Great position of hotel - directly on the beach - be closer to the sea is not possible. Parking behind the barrier can be arranged. There is great WIFI connection. The rooms are well furnished, nice view from the balcony. A/C worked well. The cleaning of room was great and fast and everyday we got the new towels.
