Very clean and looks like a new place, nice and bright! Helpful and friendly owners if you need anything. Bedroom with good bed, bathroom, bed couch, little desk, wardrobe, balcony., Only kitchen is shared including all facilities you need, no problem and during my stay nobody used the kitchen. Shared with two other rooms. Close to Monterotondo center and also to Rome center. Busstops nearby

The apartment was really comfortable. It place very close near the railway station and it was really good. 20 minutes from Roma Tiburtina and I was in the appertment. The room was clean and bright, and also we had a big terrace. On the kitchen was all we need: different types of dishes, frying pan and other. On the breakfast was really delicious croissant and coffee in the nearest bar. All were wonderful. I recommend this apartment.

The property is very clean! The staff were very very helpful they found us Taxis from airport to B&B & back!! They were a very swift with their responses! We felt very safe ! And also the location is very near the metro station just 5 minutes away by walk! & the breakfast was also very good! I give this stay a 10/10 will definitely come back

    Studio is well equipped, for a couple,, but indeed for family with two children, little bit limit with glasses and plates, but this was somehow expected. We chose it for its location, private parking and 20 min train to Rome

    Good location. We were travelling by car and it took only 20-25 minutes to get to the main attractions in Rome. Private parking. Easy check-in and check-out. New modern apartment with a nice hall and backyard. Kind and very responsive host. Overall we liked our stay there!
