Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The host Pietro is very polite and responsive, he explained everything about the apartment to us and even gave us a recommendation for good restaurants to eat around. The apartment is located in a nice building. The bathroom is large. The bed was very comfortable and we managed to get a good night's sleep after the long walks in Rome. The kitchen has everything we need. The most convenient thing is that right in front of the apartment building is the B1 metro line, which takes you directly to Termini station, the center and the Colosseum. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Everything as expected. The property looks even more beautiful then as shown in the photos. Just love it. Neat and clean. The host was just great. He even came to welcome us and explained everything. Also gave us his personal number for any emergency. The price is quite good compared to any other options in the Rome. Just 7 mins walking from the train station and the train takes just 19 mins to reach Rome. Multiple grocery stores and eating options near by. Just loved the stay. The bad was very comfortable, the toilet was very clean. The wifi speed was also super fast.

The B&B is super clean, cosy and really comfortable. My room (the smile) was perfect. The location is even better, right by the train station, which allows you to reach Rome’s main “hot spots” with no stress and no time. If you have a car, you can safely park inside the premises at no extra cost. The owner is always kind and available to help you out on anything you may need. Should I say something more to convince you it’s the best place in Rome?

Our stay at the b&b was characterized by cleanliness, kind and helpful staff, and the utmost dedication from the host. We requested chairs and a table for our terrace if he could make it happen, and he did, that very evening when we got back to our room. Another detail is that at breakfast, we got to meet a cute, fat, orange kitty! She looked like a loaf of bread. Other than that, we liked that our room was cleaned daily, and that the bathroom was always stocked with fresh towels and new showering gels, and shower caps.

    Studio is well equipped, for a couple,, but indeed for family with two children, little bit limit with glasses and plates, but this was somehow expected. We chose it for its location, private parking and 20 min train to Rome

    Good location. We were travelling by car and it took only 20-25 minutes to get to the main attractions in Rome. Private parking. Easy check-in and check-out. New modern apartment with a nice hall and backyard. Kind and very responsive host. Overall we liked our stay there!
