Our family of 5 had an excellent stay at Kevin House. Leandro, the host, is very friendly and communicative. There is ample room for 2 adults and 3 children, incl. a fully equiped kitchen. We stayed for a week and used it as 'base camp' to visit Lucca, Pisa (incl. the beach), Firenze, and surroundings. The pool was perfect to cool off and keep the children happy.

Great location, in the center of the old town, but at the calm and quiet street. Very nice hotel - you can feel the atmosphere of old italian city. Nice and clean rooms. Really great breakfast! But the priceless is staff - they make you feel very good and taken care of :)

The location was perfect, quiet, and close to the city walls, restaurants, and sights. Breakfast was very good, and we had a wide variety of sweet and savory food. The hotel offers a complimentary aperitivo, which was terrific after a long day's travel. We arrived by train, but the hotel has a parking lot and electric vehicle charging stations. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Lucca.

It’s very well located, a sort walk to the city wall. Luca is very nice and full of recommendatios. The breakfast was really good and we had it in the garden, which made a special feel of Tuscany. I recommend this B&B when in Lucca.
