Staying in an apartment in a 16th-century palace is already an experience that alone deserves special appreciation. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. Beatrice's welcome was most pleasant. It is a magical place and highly recommended.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Really cosy with great views over the valley. Lying in bed watching the early morning birds swooping was magical. Everything you need. In the old town and only a minute walk from a great bar. Marco is lovely. He came to meet us when he got home from work and with the help of his wonderful daughter, Claudia, translating we had a good chat. This is a place I’d definitely return to.

The most amazing host we've had in all of Italy. She recommended a great restaurant for dinner, helped us do laundry, made us an amazing breakfast, let us borrow a kettle. The room was perfect and we would happily stay again.

This was truly a top-tier stay. The apartment had everything we needed to completely relax and recharge. The living area, kitchen, and bedroom were all spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the two air conditioning units, which kept the apartment perfectly cool. The building is divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We stayed in the first-floor apartment, which had a private balcony. Private parking directly in front. The pool area is absolutely amazing and large. There were swimming flotation toys and there were plenty of loungers and benches by the pool for sunbathing. It's so peaceful and makes for a perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon. The whole property is new, well-cared-for, and incredibly clean and comfortable. Our hosts were just as incredible. While they live on the property, in a separate house. They were never intrusive. They made everything so easy for us and were extremely helpful. Do you need something ? They can help! They were always available if we needed anything and gave us plenty of space. They even surprised us with a delicious breakfast! We were always greeted by the friendly dog Theo, and there were two little kittens roaming the property! It’s ideal for children. Theo , you're the best. The location is simply perfect. It offers a peaceful, green retreat while still being incredibly convenient. The charming town of Nepi is within easy walking distance, and you'll find plenty of supermarkets and shopping just a short drive away. It's also an excellent home base for exploring the beautiful Lazio region and a trip to Rome, which is only 50 km away. The place is even better than the photos. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and immaculate stay. Normally ,next year we were going to a other country. I think that we are coming back!

Very comfortable apartment on the via Francigena. Orietta was very warm and kind. It was 3 bedrooms but we were only 2 so very spacious. Very clean. Everything we needed. Tired so just had some food from supermarket and ate in our apartment. Communication on WhatsApp very good

The location was good, there are a few restaurants and coffee shops in a few minutes drive. Also, the neighbourhood and the garden were really nice. We came with a medium sized dog and we didn’t had any problems with the host or with the neighbours. All the dogs in the neighbourhood were on leash, so we didn’t had any issues.
