Exceptionally friendly, caring, well-brought up, super organized and ready to help hostess ( it is actually a family of two fantastic people! An interesting & full of a variety of need facilities suburban area where each tourist could practically comfort their needs & expectations, for instance, I personally found a very friendly bar where You could have an Italian breakfast just for 1 € ( coffee & croissant / cash only ). There are lots of exquisite clothing & shoes stores with exceptionally budget & of a good Italian quality options. Breakfast was great! Coffee & tea were offered as anytime option! Wi-Fi, TV, conditioner, everything worked pretty well! Comfortable bed!

I travel frequently and have visited quite a few countries and different continents. I have quite high demands on the quality of accommodation. I would recommend this place with complete conviction. Great design, high standard, space. Very clean and modern. Even the staircase is impressive. You can see the use of high quality materials and attention to detail. The owner (manager) is very friendly and helpful. She reacts and helps on a regular basis if needed. She herself asks if everything is in order and takes care of the guests. It is rare to find such interest and empathy from the host of the property. You can communicate freely with her in English, which is unfortunately rare in Italy (or in this region of Italy). The place itself is very well located. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough (about 15 minutes by car) to the beautiful, picturesque beaches. Right next door are beautiful rock formations. Literally ‘around the corner’ is a large grocery shop, which is also a big plus. In front of the building there is always a place to park your car. A plus is that the flat is well equipped with all appliances and even a washing machine. Sweets and coffee are replenished daily in the rental price, which is also rare. We happened to have a suite with a huge terrace, which was an added attraction and a place to relax. The rental price is very attractive for the standard and location. Once again, I recommend this place to everyone.
