A jem in the Italian countryside! An old Palace and estate, the guest rooms are beautiful, rather large and brand new with ac and fridge (as well as free wi-fi). Beautiful ground on this working farm with a production of conserved vegetables, juices, jam, honey and tomato sauce (you are in Italy, after all). There is a sweet shop where you can buy all the produce. The new pool is not huge but lovely on a hot summers day and the breakfast was plenty with parma ham and all.

Location is perfect with a large car park very close by. Breakfast was excellent and air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool even in the extreme heat. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious , an excellent hotel !

Great location next to duomo. Parking is very useful at reasonable price (10 EUR) . The only problem is that navigation does not show way to the parking with car, You have to ask owner for instruction. The entrance in building and rooms is keyless( with code) . There is no reception .

A wonderful place, a very beautiful building, wonderful hospitable hosts, they fed us very tasty. We were driving from France to Austria and booked literally an hour in advance, arrived at night not knowing where. But everything exceeded our expectations - I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks to these hosts for the homely and comfortable environment in nature.

Very happy that we stayed there. Great and kind host, big and nice room, beautiful traditional home with beautiful decoration, lovely breakfast, great pool and outside area.     Very nice place next to the river PO. We'll organised, near the highway, free parking, small breakfast in the morning, fresh air... We stayed only for one night, but we want to turn back!
