Pennapiedimonte is the most beautiful village/place we have visited in our six week trip through Italy. The natural, historical and archaeological beauty goes beyond written or spoken words. Casa Avella is a property which reflects the beauty of the area. Very tasteful design, modern yet respectful of the historical town and environment, comfortable beds air conditioning, plenty of room, great water pressure, good wifi, quiet, premium quality toiletries. The local people are astonishingly welcoming and the management of Casa Avella go beyond what anyone would believe possible to make your stay wonderfully perfect. Visit this area and this property before the rest of the world finds out! Simply outstanding. We feel blessed and privileged to have stayed at this property and so will you. Super clean, the house is super nice, it feels like we were at home , all small details like kitchen stuff, small things that make you feel you have everything you need. Nice breakfast, the host gave all necessary instructions to enter and about parking! Super quiet place to relax after the full trekking day! Excellent!!!!

The main attraction for us upon booking was the swimming pool and we weren't disappointed. We had the whole pool to ourselves and the owner kindly let us borrow a couple of towels as we were travelling light and had left ours at home. The beds and bathroom were clean while the kitchen area was basic and functional. The bedroom opened out onto a balcony where we could sit and eat breakfast with a view over the mountains.

The apartment was beautiful and functional, with a kind and attentive owner. The check-in process was very easy, thanks to the QR code system. The location was great, and parking was convenient. Everything was fantastic! We stayed for three nights but would have stayed longer if we could.

A very big apartment- bigger than I expected- with well-equipped kitchen (although a chopping board would be a plus), nice and clean bathroom, balconies, cosy living room - it made our stay in Fara SM very comfortable. Very close to everything but at the same time a quiet location. Very hospitable owners, prompt communication, they met us in person and even gave us a local speciality- De Cecco pasta. We hope to be back and will recommend the place to our friends.
