Incredibly special stay! When you enter the drive way to the villa you’re transported to another world and time. Novello and his family are wonderful and warm people who welcome you in to their family home, happy and excited to share the history and stories of their ancestors who lived here. The food is incredible and all made from scratch, gorgeous selection of wine. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner. If you’re after a night or two of enchantment then stay here.

We had the most amazing time staying here! The kindness and hospitality we received was exceptional, it felt like we were welcomed into the home! The home cooked meals were such a highlight, the gnocchi was our favourite thing we ate our whole trip! Excellent welcoming hosts, going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good varied breakfast, tea and coffee available throughout the day, besides occasional snacks. Daily maid service, super comfortable beds and down pillows. Michele sends detailed info re parking, sightseeing and good restaurants via WhatsApp. Do follow his instructions to locate rental as Google maps insists on sending you through a disused road, further up the hill! Shared kitchen can be used for cooking. Effective central heating, refrigerator in room. Good WiFi. Only reachable by car. Rooms on first floor, no elevator.

- incredible gem close to Perugia! You get the whole apartment that includes kitchen with living room, master bedroom with bathroom (bath + toilet) and kids room + another WC with toilet + walk in closet - Fabrizio is exceptional host! So kind and attentive! - there are all details for your comfort >> to basic essentials like toilet paper and shower gel, you get all you need really. Feels like proper home (with coffee, milk, pasta, pancakes, yogurt and juices). You can even spend the night watching Netflix on a very comfy couch! - free parking next to the building - quiet area...we slept with our windows open during the night as i try minimizing AC usage. But there is a working AC in the apartment.

A stunning location in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. An oasis of peace and tranquility in the hills, but easily accessible on quiet, well maintained roads. There is a beautiful pool and garden terrace. More boutique than agriturismo, our apartment was exceptionally well-equipped; every single detail had been thought about and provided. We loved the eco ethos and the warm welcome from Ivano and his family. Ivano provided WhatsApp links to local attractions, restaurants and nearby supermarkets and was extremely helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends. We would have liked to stay longer, but I’m sure we will be back.
