The facility was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was heavenly, the breakfast was delicious, and most impressive was the sauna, steam room and hold/cold shower. This was the perfect place to rest and restore after many weeks of traveling. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything was exactly as described — or even better! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and I really appreciated the late check-out option. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything I needed. The Belvedere property is exceptional. Diego took care of every detail . He responded immediately to any questions I had and was always available. The property feels like it’s brand new and has a modern renovation. It is right in the centre of the historic town of Civita . Perfect location . The apartment has everything you need and feels so comfortable. I will definitely return ! Thankyou to Diego for being such a fantastic host . This is definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in Italy . I would recommend it 100% .

Everything perfect. Very quiet atmosphere. Comfy bed. Very clean area. We also found a complimentary welcome with croissant, jams and coffee facilities in the kitchen. The possibility to use the private (small but nice) pool gives you a lot of privacy. Friendly cat came to greet us: I loved him!
