Location is more distant from main road, in silent neighbourhood. Easy to park nearby for free. Self checkin and checkout made it very convenient and flexible. The first thought i got upon entry was , "Did i barge into someone house accidentally?". Yes. It was that comfortable to stay. I liked the italian design details in it. Many small details made this stay very warm and cosy. The room was clean and spacious and even had a pleasant smell. Bath and shower combo were great - tidy and comfortable to use. During the night, it was very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Communication from the host was very infortative and warm.

Outstanding villa with authentic Tuscan charm. Sergio and Gianni were wonderfully helpful and friendly hosts, providing warm hospitality and truly luxurious accommodation. We were a family of seven staying for two weeks, and the villa was comfortable for everyone. A car is essential to reach the many destinations you’ll want to explore—beaches, wineries, and beautiful Tuscan towns such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimigniano. There are plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and even a local food market nearby. The amenities were exactly as described, including separate bathrooms for each bedroom, which made our stay even more convenient.

The apartment is very conveniently located with easy access to all sights of Tuscany but without the tourism hustle of locations like Florence or Pisa. It is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Especially parking under the window is very convenient.Also the location in a smaller side street adds to the very quiet stay. You do hear the occasional car going by but that is it. If you are into morning runs, there are quite some options into the city itself or along the river towards Pontedera. The hosts are extremely quick to respond to inquiries and are always helpful. This is a definite recommendation. We had a great time.

    Attentive and helpful hosts. Breakfast was good. One of the double bed was soft enough for light adults (less than 80 kilos). The other ones were good enough for kids. Decent Restaurant around the corner for a take-away or proper dining. Quiet during the night. Free parking.

    the flat is under the owners flat so there is always someone to help if needed. i.e. mozzy spray which were still about in November. A nice seating area outside and a large supermarket walking distance. parking available. great WiFi. Coffee macchine. Kettle. The weekly market is about 15 mins from the flat.
