It was simply perfect. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very good quality towels. Everything new. Air-conditioning helped so much in this hot weather. Coffee machine available. The owners are very helpful and welcoming.

It was perfect for us, spotless clean, very comfortable big room with 2 beds, perfect for two friends travelling together. It was our choice not to stay in the centre of Napoli in July and the property is easily reachable from Napoli and away from the noise and heat of the town as we wanted - it was a real.pleasure to sit on the terrace each evening to relax with a gentle breeze and to have coffee on the terrace before heading for exploring. And Monica is so helpful and attentive to her guests. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Marius is a wonderful guy, like a friend - always ready to help, communicates swiftly, gives tips, shows you around. The accommodation is unusual, a bit Pompeiian :D but staying there gave us the feeling of blending in with the locals :-) Excellent location on the train to Naples, with view of the harbour from which you can take a local ferry to Capri, within walking distance to the Archaeological Park of Herculaneum.

Fausta was an exceptional host from start to finish. She found us wandering round trying to find the accommodation and escorted us to the property! We were given lots of information sheets on arrival, outlining train timetables, bus access and any other popular destinations we may wish to visit. Unfortunately we were unable to visit the Pompeii site, however Fausta included step by step guides on how to get there, times of opening and overall information on the area. This is something I would definitely recommend going to see if you have the time!! The hotel room itself was incredible, with a spectacular view of the harbour in Portici. We were originally in a room lower down, and asked for an upgrade for a higher view from the balcony. Fausta sorted this for us right away and made everything as comfortable as she could. The bed was really comfy, with great air con supply throughout the room. There was a TV with lots of options for streaming apps and the bathroom was well kept and clean with good water pressure from shower. The overall atmosphere at this accommodation goes above and beyond. Throughout the day it is very peaceful and calm, and in the evening you get to immerse yourself in the amazing culture of Portici. Lovely music playing in the streets with packed bars and happy people :) I could not rate this accommodation any higher. By far one of the best places I have travelled to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We (Me, my wife and my son) had a wonderful stay, thanks to our amazing host! He greeted us warmly upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I had requested a taxi to the airport for an early morning departure, and he not only arranged it but also came personally to ensure we boarded on time—truly going above and beyond. The apartment itself was clean, neat, and in a great location—just a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and about 7 minutes to Line 2 transport, with a 15-minute walk to the main train station. Everything was convenient and well thought out. I'm already planning my next trip to Naples, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommended!

    The location is great for exploring the area, basically next door to the train station with frequent trains to Napoli or Pompeii.     The just was fabulous- very helpful. The property is very stylishly decorated and the room was very clean and spacious. Safe off street parking and just 200m from the rail connection to either Naples or towards pompei etc.

    Modern hotel with a lovely position overlooking the sea. Close to a station to get the train into Naples center. Very clean and comfortable rooms and everything worked perfectly. Friendly staff especially the guy on the gate and in the car park. Parking is very easy and safe.
