I was first time in this place 22 years ago. Today rooms are equipped with A/C unit, so the stay is comfortable. We could choose our room which we would like to. We was traveled with dog, so it is nice place to go out. Hotel is located out of the city, so around there is nice view of Marche's hills. Next to is restaurant for lunch time. If you like Italian food you need to go to restaurant in Offida - "Osteria Cantina Offida" you will taste delicious food in historical part of the city.

Fantastic place among the hills, a real Italian village. House is perfect renovated, rooms are equped with all you need. Good local breakfast. Children were swimming and jumping in the pool, we had a really nice stay in family atphmosfere.

Wonderful place, beautiful room with a balcony and a view to die for. Restaurant downstairs so very handy and the food was great. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and I couldn’t fault it. We’ll definitely be back!

The room and building were very clean, beautifully finished, and made with high-quality wood. We arrived around 9 p.m. and were warmly welcomed by a very pleasant young lady, who we later discovered was the host and also lived in one of the rooms in the same flat. The location is simply beautiful — the surrounding hills are picture-perfect and very well maintained. On our visit to the nearby borgo of Ripartisone, which we instantly fell in love with, we could even see the mountains with their first snow of the season. If you are in the area, visit Montedinove, from the main piazza you’ll enjoy a breathtaking, unspoiled view: the sea to the left, gentle rolling hills in the middle, and the mountains to the right. Simply dreamy. We absolutely adored the Marche region — it has nothing to envy of Tuscany!

The warmest welcome and stay in our trip. Owner was exceptional friendly and kind - amazing welcome snacks and wine also very fresh and delicious breakfast. We felt like at home. Location is super quiet with amazing views. Nice to stay in the places like this, were owners put their heart in what they do.

Denise’s place is a fantastic find on booking.com, nice location in a residential area, groundfloor apartment with a small fenced garden (great with a dog), parking in the yard, very spacious, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, washing machine, just perfect!
