Very beautifully situated on a hill. Wonderful stone houses, tastefully furnished. Spacious garden. And the best: the restaurant. Don't miss lunch and dinner there. It is just delicious. And the staff is lovely.

We loved this place! It's incredibly beautiful, both the castle and the views, the restaurant is nice (especially the risotto), the breakfast is perfect, it is nicely located (a short drive from castles, medieval towns and vineyards in the area). It has a nice pool, rooftop views and we also enjoyed our wine tasting and a beautiful walk through the vineyards.

We had the most fabulous stay. The property and views were just breathtaking. Georgio was an amazing and most welcoming host. He took so much time settling us in and we loved his telling of the history of the property and Siena. He gave us some great recommendations. We wished we had booked in to stay longer.     The property is really well maintained, quite spacious, with beautiful views. The location is great, the restaurant in San Gusme was a bonus, there is easy parking just across the road, and you can access Tuscan towns both north and south quite easily. The real bonus is Elvira, what a great host and a genuinely nice person to assist with a stay, highly recommended.
