A very nice place with a great location 50 meters from the ocean and had a small swimming pool. The owners were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good for Italian standards with a great variety and the owner made a good cappuccino. The ocean view from the breakfast terrace was amazing and it felt like an oasis amongst the hillsides. The minibar was stocked and there was complimentary water and coffee in the room. There were things you only expect at hotels such as extra pillows and hotel toiletries. The owners sent a list of recommended restaurants on WhatsApp which was very helpful

The photos from the offer dows not show how great the place turned out to be!!! Located in the small village, in the zone where locals sit outside, all doors open wide, smells with delicious food they are making, just beautiful. The car can be parked anywhere where is free apace just outside the apartment, mind that the streeta are very narrow but its ok for small car like Ford Fiesta. The aparment has ground floor entrace and by walking up narrow steps you enter the main bedroom with bathroom, when you go up there is fully equipped kitchen and the terrece overlooking all aroud. All so cozy, spacious, clean, smelling nicely, air conditioned, smart tv, close by walk to very nice restaurants and cute beach and Caletta Sant Elia which you must see. Samuele has thought of everinthing in the apartment so you will feel taken care of, including recommendations of attractions close by. We have been to Greek ruins of Solunto and you must go there too! We have been there only one night by we wish to come back!

The whole apartment, the rooms and the kitchen is very nice, clean and comfortable. We arrived late but the welcome was kind. They helped us with washing liquid. Close there is a supermarket and there is plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Very good apartment in center of beautifull Santa Flavia. With many shops, restaurants, post office, near train station. There is local bus near train station driving to beach for free. Kind and very helpfull owner Antonio. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

The hosts were very helpful and provided much needed information. We were there during the festival of their patron saint and there were fireworks and a procession. The apartment is just a few blocks from the port, restaurants and bars. Parking was not a problem even though there were many, many people here for the festival.

    We really like the owners, they were very helpful, recommended restaurant for dinner, beaches. The location was also super nice - 2 min from the beach. The apartment looked like in pictures and there was free parking which was a big plus for us as we arrived by car. There were not so many choices for breakfast, however we still found something we liked!

    Wonderful location for hikes, snorkeling and peace and quiet. Private secure parking. Super friendly and helpful owners relaxed with early check in and outdoor shower after check out time. Great breakfast. Super clean

    Beautiful location and scenery. Oscar and Stefano gave us a warm welcome. The room we got was beautifully renovated with lots of tiles and ceramics. Nice bathroom. Safe gated free parking for the car. It was too early in the season for the restaurant at the b&b but there are other restaurants nearby. We took the train from the nearby train station to Palermo to avoid the chaotic traffic there. This was very convenient.

    Our host Giuseppe was magnificent and extremely helpful. He replied to all of our questions related to our stay regarding of the time and he also provided us a lot of information about the place and the vicinity of the area.The apartment was super clean and beautiful and if you visit the place by car the location is quite strategic with free parking and also the neighbourhood is very safe and chill at the night.I totally recommend this place.
